Refund Policy

At Tiny Tales Trust, we value the generosity and trust of every donor, adopter, and supporter. While we strive to be transparent in all financial transactions, please read our refund policy carefully:

Donations

All donations made to Tiny Tales Trust are considered voluntary and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a technical error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount debited) or donations done via cheque/DD/online banking/UPI

To request a refund, please contact us at [your email/helpline] within 24 hours of the transaction, along with proof of payment.

Adoption Fees (For families who want to donate there pet)

Adoption fees, if charged, are used to cover medical expenses, vaccinations, and care.

These fees are non-refundable once the adoption is finalized.

In rare cases where the adoption is cancelled before the dog leaves our care, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Event or Program Fees

If you have registered for a workshop, camp, or paid event hosted by Tiny Tales Trust, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or late cancellations unless under exceptional circumstances.
